Custom square galvanized u-bolts made using C1018 steel material

These are custom square galvanized u-bolts we supplied to our customer in Brockport NY at 100 pieces.  They were made using C1018 steel material with hot dip galvanized finish.  1/4 coarse thread was incorporated at 1/2" length on each leg.  Inside width was at 2 inches and inside depth was at 2-1/4 inches.

Custom Stainless Button Head Cap Screws - Partially Threaded

These are custom stainless button head cap screws with partial 8-32 thread made domestically in the United States to the customer's print.  303 stainless steel material was used and the unthreaded shank of the custom screw was made to a diameter of .125".  The 8-32 threaded portion was maintained to a max .225 inches in length.  The button head diameter was maintained within a maximum of .312 inches.

Custom Socket Head Screws With A Drilled Point

These are custom socket head screws with a low profile head measuring .270 X .078 inches, made in the USA using 303 stainless steel material.  The thread incorporated is 8-32 at 7/8" in length, with the remainder of the length as an un-threaded shoulder.  The point on these custom socket bolts has a machined socket drive matching the hex drive on the low profile head.  These unique custom screws were produced in under one week for our customer's urgent needs.

Custom Machined Flat Head Screws In 303 Stainless Steel

These are custom machined flat head screws made domestically in the USA using 303 stainless steel material.  The unique application required the custom screw to have a stop shoulder machined and a 30 degree angle under the head.  10-24 thread was used for the threaded area and the head diameter was maintained at .312" +/-.005.  We supplied just 10 pieces of these custom machined screws for prototype purposes before our customer commits to a larger quantity.

NAS-1352C02-3P Socket Head Cap Screws In Cad Plated Alloy Steel

This is one of the cadmium plated NAS parts we carry on an annual blanket purchase order basis for our customer.  This NAS1352C02-3P socket head cap screw is made domestically and is supplied with material certs and certificate of conformance.  Alloy material per FF-S-86 is used with cad plating in accordance with AMS-QQ-P-416, Type II, Class 2.

Specialty MS21209F1-10 Helicoil Thread Inserts On A Strip Feed Wheel

We supply our aerospace customer base with a large variety of thread inserts like this MS21209F1-10 on a strip feed wheel for greater efficiency and convenience.  Both standard off the shelf variations and custom made to print thread inserts are available with typically short lead times.  We can supply any parts with annual volume exceeding $1,000 on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis.  All paperwork is available with the parts upon request.

Custom Internally Threaded Female Stainless Steel Standoff

This is one of the larger custom internally threaded female standoffs we supply to a medical equipment manufacturer.  Made in the USA in stainless steel material, these RoHS compliant standoffs are 1/2" across the flats on the outside dimension and 1/4-20 threaded all the way through the 5/8" length.  Our internal part number is ESIP1367-M09-F16.

Custom 1/2" Round Shoulder Machined U-Bolts

This is a custom shoulder u-bolt we supplied to our construction customer at a quantity of 250 pieces with a lead time of 8 weeks.  Thy were manufactured domestically using plain steel material, using 1/2 bar stock.  The threaded sections however needed to be 3/8-16 at 1.3125 lengths on each leg.  The unthreaded shoulder portion measures .750 inches and the centered width between the legs is 2 inches.  Our internal part number for this part is SUB37061-A.

Specialty MS20426AD3-4 Solid Rivet In Anodized Aluminum Material

We supply a large variety of milspec hardware to our aerospace and defense customer base and this is one of the solid rivets we supply on an annual blanket purchase order basis.  It is a domestically made MS20426AD3-4 solid rivet made using aluminum material finished with chemical film per MIL-DTL-5541F Type 1 Class 1A.

Specialty 50FM-172 1/72 Flexlock Nuts

This is a special flex lock hex nut with a locking machined shoulder we supply to our aerospace customer on a 12 month blanket as-released purchase order basis.  It is made in the USA in plain 303 stainless steel material and we supply it with full documentation, including signed C of C, DFAR material cert, and dimensional test report.  Our internal part number for this item is 50FM-172.
