These are custom 316 stainless steel threaded rods cut and chamfered to 11-1/2 lengths.  We supplied this specific order at just 36 pieces with 3/4-10 thread.  Material certs were supplied with the parts per the customer's request and the lead time was at just 3-4 days from the initial order.  Our internal part number for these custom 316 stainless steel studs is ATR-075C11.5-J.

Tin Cobalt Chrome Plated Sheet Metal Screws - 6 X 3/8 Phillips Flat Type A In 316 Stainless Steel

These are custom type A tin cobalt chrome plated sheet metal screws made using type 316 stainless steel, designated by a dot on the head of each screw.  Like the other custom tin cobalt chrome plated screws, these type A 6 X 3/8 phil flat sheet metal screws are manufactured overseas and supplied to our long time customer on a revolving blanket purchase order basis.  The tin cobalt chrome plating is done in a barrel plate format for improved cost efficiency while still producing a very attractive cosmetic finish.  Tin cobalt finish typically provides a slightly duller chrome finish than the traditional hexavalent chromium plating.  All the custom tin cobalt plated parts we supply are electroplated with a bright nickel under-plate for improved longevity and appearance.

Custom 1/2 U Bolts In 316 Stainless Steel Material - 2 Inches Center To Center & 5-1/4 Inches In Length

These custom 1/2 U bolts in 316 stainless steel material were manufactured at just 8 pieces within 1 week from order.  They were supplied with a pair of standard hex nuts and hex jam nuts in 316 stainless steel for each u bolt.  3.5 inches of coarse thread was incorporated on each leg and the inside width was maintained at 1.5 inches.

Custom Oval Point Set Screws - 7/16-14 X 7/8 in 18-8 Stainless Steel Material

These are similar to other custom oval point set screws we supplied to the same customer - they are also manufactured domestically in the USA at just 100 pieces in 304 stainless steel material.  Lead time for production was just 7 business days, with another 3-4 days for shipping to our Santa Ana location.  These custom set screws measure 7/16-14 X 7/8 and our internal part number is SSO-4314-I.

Custom Nylon Flat Washers - .4950 X 3180 X .0310

These are custom nylon flat washers we supply to a long time customer on revolving as-released blanket purchase order basis.  Estimated annual usage is approximately 100,000 pieces.  They are manufactured domestically and stocked at our Santa Ana location.  Lead time for the initial release is typically at 45-60 days from an approved purchase order.  The custom washer measures .0310 at the thickness, .4950 on the outside diameter, and .3180 at the inside diameter.

These are custom black oxide U bolts domestically manufactured for our machine and tooling component manufacturing customer at just 318 pieces.  7/16-14 thread was incorporated on each leg at 5/8" in length and the inside width was maintained at 5/8".  The inside length was 1-7/16.  Our internal part number for these u bolts is UB044023-F.

Custom Round Galvanized U Bolts In A307 Steel Material - 1/2 X 10-1/8

These 1/2 diameter custom round galvanized u bolts are one of three sizes we supply our customer in Raleigh NC.  They are made domestically using A307 steel material with a hot dip galvanized finish at just 12 pieces.  Our customer was in urgent need and we were able to get these custom round u bolts produced in just 3 days together with the other two sizes.  The inside length measures 10-1/8 while the inside width was set at 5-3/4 inches for a pipe radius of 7/8 inches.  Two inches of 1/2-13 thread was incorporated on each leg.

Custom Oval Point Set Screws In 18-8 Stainless Steel - 1/2-13 X 1"

These are custom oval point set screws made domestically in the USA using 18-8 stainless steel material.  While this 1/2-13 X 1" size is fairly common off the shelf in a cup point version, the oval point is a tough find and typically requires a special production run.  We were able to get these set screws completed within 1 week at 100 pieces.  Material certs and our certificate of conformance was available with the parts.
