Grade 12.9 Custom Shoulder Bolts - Metric With Plain Finish

We supplied these Class 12.9 custom shoulder bolts to our aftermarket automotive OEM customer.  The shoulder measures M8 X M6 and the thread is set to M6 X 1.0.  Production typically runs in batches of 10,000 pieces per run and the finish is thermal black oxide.  Full certs are available with the parts upon request.

Custom Hardened Dowel Pins - SAE 52100 Steel Material

 

We supplied our automotive manufacturing customer these custom hardened dowel pins in SAE 52100 steel material, heat treated to reach 81.0 - 83.5 HRA.  The diameter was ground to 7.000MM +/- .005MM and the length was set to 32.0MM +/- 0.2MM.  The pins were manufactured domestically in the USA and full certs were provided with the shipment.
