These flat custom stainless steel washers are supplied to our long time customer on a revolving blanket purchase order basis. They are manufactured domestically using 304 stainless steel material and measure .047 +/- .0030" on the thickness, .8720 +/-.0050" on the outside diameter, and .600 +/- .0050" on the inside diameter. We are extremely competitive on both domestic and import custom flat washers.
These 1/2 diameter custom round galvanized u bolts are one of three sizes we supply our customer in Raleigh NC. They are made domestically using A307 steel material with a hot dip galvanized finish at just 12 pieces. Our customer was in urgent need and we were able to get these custom u bolts produced in just 3 days together with the other two sizes. The inside length measures 7-3/4 while the inside width was set at 5-3/4 for a pipe radius of 2-7/8 inches. Two inches of 1/2-13 thread was incorporated on each leg.

These are 10-24 thread version of custom rubber vibration isolation mounts we supply our customer base. This specific part we supply on a revolving blanket purchase order basis. The vibration isolation mounts are manufactured domestically in the USA and the initial lead time for first shipment is typically at 45-60 days from order confirmation.
These are custom galvanized round u bolts we supplied a customer in Belleville, New Jersey at just 12 pieces. A36 material was used with galvanized finish. Four galvanized hex nuts, two flat washers, and two split lock washers were included with each custom u bolt. 5/8-11 thread was incorporated at 5 inches in length on each leg and the inside width was 8-1/2 inches. Inside depth was at 10-1/2 inches. Material certs were provided with the parts per customer's specifications.

These are custom hex nuts we supplied to one of our long time aerospace customers, made using 18-8 stainless steel to print with a single drilled corner on each nut. The parts were domestically made with a lead time of 4-6 weeks for the initial release and incorporated a fine 1/4-28 thread. In terms of the dimensions, the custom nut was very close to the standard IFI version but the added drilled hole made it uniquely fitting for the specific application. Our internal part number is 2303-0321T and we originally supplied just 1,500 pcs of this hex nut.

Custom Knurled Shoulder Machine Screws Made To Print - 1/4-20 X 1-1/4 Round Head In Grade 5.1 Zinc Yellow
These are custom knurled shoulder machine screws manufactured domestically in the USA in grade 5.1 steel material with zinc and yellow finish. Production was run at a relatively small quantity of 4,000 pieces, which was split into two shipments approximately 4 months apart to our OEM customer. Material certs and dimensional test reports were provided to our customer with the parts, as well as the standard certificate of conformance. Our internal part number is M111957-2.
These custom socket head cap screws are manufactured domestically at just 3 pieces for a customer in Texas, with a short lead time of just 1 week from confirmed order. 18-8 stainless steel material was used and a partial rolled thread of 7/16-14 was incorporated to the customer's drawing specifications. Our relationships with factories all over the United States and abroad based on decades of custom hardware & fastener production history, in combination with the flexibility of blanket purchase arrangements, allows us to fully cater to the customer’s hardware specification and procurement requirements.

This is one of countless galvanized round u bolts we supply our diverse customer base, supplied with two 1/2-13 galvanized steel hex nuts each. Typical lead time for this part is 1 week from order for orders up to 300 pieces, and it may expand to 2-3 weeks for the balance on larger orders. This particular galvanized u bolt measured 8-1/2" on the inside depth and 3-1/2" on the inside width. The 1/2-13 threaded sections measure approximately 3" on each side.
