Custom Oval Head Shoulder Screws

 

These custom oval head shoulder screws were manufactured for our electronics customer using 18-8 stainless steel material with partial rolled thread and a 12.5 degree tapered point to allow for faster installation times.  The 1/4-20 UNC 2B rolled thread was set to a length of 1.000" and the overall length under the head was at 2.500".  The head diameter was dialed in to .370" and head height to .170", with a cold formed #3 phillips drive.  Full certs were provided with the parts.

Custom Grade 5 Flat Head Wood Screws

 

These custom wood screws were manufactured using Grade 5 10B21 steel material with electro zinc + clear finish.  They were heat treated to achieve HRC 25-33 hardness prior to the plating process.  The partial thread was rolled and the overall length of the screw inclusive of the slotted flat head was set to 4 inches.

Custom Automotive Alloy Steel T-bolts

 

These custom T-bolts and shoulder T-bolts were manufactured for our automotive customer using AISI 4140 alloy steel material with commercial black oxide finish.  1/4-20 thread was rolled on both versions pictured here and the overall length under the head ranges from 1.075" to 1.200".  Full certs were available with the parts.

Custom Metric Torx Button Flange Screws

 

These custom metric torx button flange screws were manufactured for our electronics manufacturing customer using AISI 1018 steel material with a zinc clear finish.  M3 X 0.5MM thread was rolled under the head and blue nylok patch was applied after the zinc clear plating to finalize the parts.  T10 torx drive was cold formed on the head and the washer head OD was set to 7.5-8.0MM.

Custom Stainless Screws With Socket Drive Point

 These custom smooth round head screws were manufactured for our gun manufacturing customer using 304 stainless steel material with a cold formed drive-less head and M2.5 X .45MM rolled thread.  A .050" hex recess drive was broached at the end of the threaded point.  Full certs were provided with the parts and the parts came with a factory passivated finish.

Custom Stainless Barrel Nuts and Barrel Bolts

 

These custom stainless steel barrel nuts and barrel bolts were manufactured for our aluminum extrusion manufacturing customer.  304 stainless steel material was used with factory passivation finish and 1/4-20 matching thread.  The socket head screws were 1-1/2" in length under the head and the barrel nuts had internal thread depth at 10mm min.  Both parts were kitted to our customer specifications.

Custom Torx Stainless Steel Shoulder Screws

 

These custom stainless steel shoulder screws were manufactured for our electronics OEM customer using 304 stainless steel material with a cold formed T10 torx drive.  Two variations were produced, with one made to a .1245" X .4375" shoulder and the other to a .187" X .4375" shoulder.  The larger one incorporated 8-32 rolled threads and the smaller 4-40 at a length of .187".  Certs were provided with the parts per our customer requirements.

Custom Black Nickel Socket Captive Screws

 

These custom captive screws were manufactured using 18-8 stainless steel material for our defense customer and provided with black nickel plating and 180 degree nylon thread locking patch.  6-32 thread was rolled to a length of .188" and the .095 X .187 captive shoulder machined underneath the cold formed socket head.  Full certs were provided with the parts.

Custom 4-40 Extra Long Stainless Socket Head Screws

 

These custom extra long socket head screws were manufacture using 18-8 stainless steel material with commercial passivation finish.  The hex socket drive and the socket head were cold formed and partial 4-40 thread was rolled at a length of approximately 3/4".  Overall length under the head was set to 4-3/4".

Custom Grade 8 Shoulder Bolts

 

These custom shoulder bolts were manufactured to SAE J429 grade 8 requirements for our automotive customer with a black oxide finish.  .57" by .25" shoulder was incorporated under the .5" across the flats hex head and approximately .625" of 3/8-16 thread was rolled to complete the parts.  Certs were available with the parts per customer requirements.
