Custom Stainless Steel Cone Point Hex Bolts

 

These custom cone point fully threaded hex bolts were manufactured for our construction customer using 18-8 stainless steel material with factory passivated finish.  3/8-16 full thread was rolled at a length of 2" below the hex head prior to the machining of the cone point.  The hex head was cold forged to standard IFI dimensions for the 3/8" diameter thread.  Full certs were provided with the parts.

Custom M12 Metric Thread Thin Panel Nuts

 

These custom thin metric thread panel nuts were manufactured for our aerospace customer using SAE grade 5 material with zinc clear electroplated finish.  M12 - 0.75 thru thread was tapped and castellated features incorporated on one side.  360 degree MEC 2448 microspheres internal patch was applied to finalize the parts to spec.  Full certs including first article inspection report were provided with the parts per customer requirements.
