Custom Type 23 Thread Cutting Shoulder Screws

 

These custom thread cutting shoulder screws were manufactured for our high end lighting manufacturing customer using 18-8 stainless steel material.  A 90 degree countersunk flat head was cold formed with a T20 pin-in security torx/6-lobe drive and approximately 6mm of M4 X 0.7MM thread was rolled with an added Type 23 thread cutting feature incorporated.  The unthreaded shoulder was designed to a 3mm diameter.  Full certs were included with the parts per customer request.
