These are custom galvanized steel round u-bolts made domestically using A36 galvanized steel material. We supplied them at 200 pieces per order with a lead time of 2-3 weeks from confirmed order. 3/8 diameter bar was used and the inside width was set at 2-5/8", inside depth at 4-3/4", and approximately 2-5/8" of coarse thread was incorporated on each side.
Larger quantities of these custom galvanized round u-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
