These custom narrow round u bolts were supplied to our customer at 25 pieces with a lead time of just one week. 3/8 diameter 18-8 stainless steel material was used with 2 inches of coarse thread on each leg. The inside width is 1/2" and inside depth at 6-1/2". Faster delivery was available with an additional expedite fee option. Our internal part number is UB037104-I.
Large quantities of these custom narrow round u bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
