These are custom stainless steel socket cap screws made domestically using 303 stainless steel at just 102 pieces. We supply this part to our long time aerospace customer approximately once a year with full paperwork. It measures 8-32 X 4-1/2 and had a relatively short lead time of 1 week for production. Our internal part number is SC-008068-I.
Larger quantities of these custom stainless steel socket cap screws would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
