These are custom 316 stainless steel round u-bolts we supplied to our customer at a bit over 100 pieces. Lead time was at about 6-7 business days from order and material certs with certificate of conformance were provided with the parts as well per our customer's request. The inside width is 2-5/8", inside length is 5", and approximately 3-1/2" of thread are incorporated at each leg. Rush service is available upon request.
Larger quantities of these custom 316 stainless steel round u-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
