These are custom USA galvanized u bolts manufactured domestically using US melt steel. Our customer ordered this 1/2 X 5-1/4" together with 5 other size variations. Rush lead time was approximately 8-10 business days due to the galvanizing process. This specific version has an inside width of 3-5/8", 1/2-13 thread of approximately 1-1/2 inches on each leg, and inside length of 5-1/4". Material certs and a C of C was provided with the parts per our customer's requirements.
Larger quantities of these custom made galvanized u bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
