One of the custom bent anchor bolts we have supplied to our construction customer at 12 pieces in April. Plain A449 material was used and the parts were ready to ship within 6 business days from order. 1/2 bar material was used and approximately 2 inches of coarse thread was incorporated on each leg. One leg was set at 3" and the other at 5" overall length from the inside of the bend. Faster lead time was made available with an expedite option.
Large quantities of these custom bent concrete anchor bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
