These custom oval head shoulder screws were manufactured for our electronics customer using 18-8 stainless steel material with partial rolled thread and a 12.5 degree tapered point to allow for faster installation times. The 1/4-20 UNC 2B rolled thread was set to a length of 1.000" and the overall length under the head was at 2.500". The head diameter was dialed in to .370" and head height to .170", with a cold formed #3 phillips drive. Full certs were provided with the parts.
