Custom ASTM A564 Socket Shoulder Bolts

 

These custom ASTM A564 Gr 630 H1150 socket head shoulder bolts were manufactured for our energy sector OEM customer using DFARS compliant raw material with the final parts age hardened at 1150F to achieve28-37 HRC.  The parts were fully machined with 3/8-16 UNC-2A cut thread and .375" across the flats hex recess.  The head measured .750" in diameter and .460" in height.  Overall length of the part underneath the head measured 2.75 +/-.010.  Full certs were provided with the parts.
