Custom Metric Dacromet Coated U-Bolts - M4 X 52.07MM

We had 1,100 pieces of these custom metric dacromet coated u-bolts produced using 42CrMo  material with heat treat hardening.  The part was originally designed to be made using 17-4PH stainless steel material but a number of attempts resulted in multiple failures during bending - the material was too hard and repeatedly snapped as the tool pressed the 90 degree corners.  As a result we switched to the 42CrMo material with heat treat to obtain the required hardness and strength, with a combination of the dacromet coating to achieve the corrosion resistance needed.  Turned out to be a much trickier part than originally anticipated!

Custom Galvanized Square Bent U Bolts - 3/8 X 7" In A36 Galvanized Steel Material

These are custom galvanized square bent u bolts we supplied to our customer at just 10 pieces on a rush basis.  Due to the galvanizing process required the best we could do for these parts was a one week lead time.  If the parts were plain A36 or stainless steel material instead we could reduce the lead time to as fast as 2-3 days of production.  The inside width was set at 5 inches, inside depth at 7 inches, and approximately 3 inches of 3/8 coarse thread was incorporated on each leg.

Custom Square Steel U Bolts - 5/8 X 12-11/16 In CD-C1018 Steel Material With No Finish

We supplied these 5/8 diameter custom square steel u bolts to our customer at just 2 pieces for prototype purposes.  Since plain C1018 steel was used for the production the lead time was just 3-4 days, which would typically be closer to 2 weeks if hot dip galvanizing or plating process was involved.  The inside width measured 14-5/8, inside depth was at 12-11/16, and approximately 4 inches of coarse thread was incorporated on each leg.

Custom 304 Stainless Steel Square U Bolts - 3/8 X 9" With Material Certs

These are custom type 304 stainless steel square u bolts we supplied to our customer at 73 pieces.  Since no outside plating or coating services were required these u bolts were completed within 1 week of confirmed order and were shipped with material certs per the customer's specification.  The inside width is 4" and the inside depth is at 9".  Two inches of coarse thread was incorporated at each leg.

3/8 X 10" Custom Square U Bolts In 304 Stainless Steel Material

These are part of a small batch of 25 custom square u bolts we supplied to a power laboratory.  Type 304 stainless steel material was used and 3/8-16 thread was incorporated at approximately 3 inches in length on each leg.  The inside width was 4 inches and inside depth at 10 inches.  The parts were completed and shipped within 5 days of order confirmation, with material certs per our customer's specifications.

Custom Square U Bolts - Made Using 304 Stainless Steel With 1/2-13 Thread

These are 1/2 diameter custom square u bolts we supplied to a construction company in urgent need, at small quantity of just 6 pieces.  With a rush service we were able to ship these custom parts within 4 days from order confirmation.  They incorporate approximately 4 inches of 1/2-13 thread, with the inside width at 4-1/2 inches and inside depth at 18 inches.  Material certs and stainless steel hex nuts were supplied as well per the customer's request.  Our internal part number for these custom square u bolts is USB050288-I.

Custom 5/16 X 7-1/2 Square Stainless Steel U-Bolt

This is a custom square u-bolt we supplied to a customer at 200 pieces.  Parts were manufactured locally in Southern California using 304 stainless steel, with a 5/16 diameter and coarse threaded 2 inch sections on each leg of the u-bolt.  The inside width is 6-1/8 and the inside depth is at 7-1/2 inches.  Material certs were provided with the parts per customer's instructions.

Custom 5/16 X 7-1/2 Square U Bolt In 304 Stainless Steel

This is a square U bolt in 304 stainless steel that we supplied to a customer at just 32 pieces.  The 2 inches of thread on either side are 5/16-18 coarse thread and the inside depth of the part is 7-1/2 inches, while the inside diameter is at 6-1/16 inches.  Also a rush project, these parts were completed within 3 days as well from order.
