Custom Large Plain Steel U-Bolts - Round 3/4-10 Diameter In Variety Of Sizes

These are 9 different custom large plain steel u-bolts we supplied our customer in the Kansas City, MO area.  Quantities ranged across the nine different sizes but all shared the 3/4-10 diameter and thread pitch, as well as the plain A36 steel material.  The largest size pictured with Leonid here measured 42 inches on the inside width and 39-1/16 on the inside length.  8 inches of 3/4-10 thread was incorporated on each side.

Custom Large HDG U-Bolts - 1-8" X 23-3/8 In A36 Steel Material, Galvanized Finish

Jose, aka "Chef", is holding up two custom large HDG U-bolts we had produced for our custom in Rock Hill, South Carolina.  Time was of the essence and we were able to ship the parts within approx 7 business days of order with 4 galvanized heavy hex nuts per u-bolt.  1" diameter A36 material was used, with 4.75" of coarse thread on each leg.  Inside width measured at 19.5" and inside length at 23.375".

Custom Oversized U-bolts - 1" Diameter X 48" Length In A36 Galvanized Steel Material

These are some of the larger custom oversized u-bolts we have supplied.  1" diameter A36 steel material was used, hot dip galvanized, with approximately 4 inches of coarse thread.  Inside width was 46 inches and the inside length was maintained at 48 inches.  Our customer was in a big rush and we were able to get these two large custom u-bolts done in just 3 days.  A pair of galvanized hex nuts and washers was included with each u-bolt.
