Custom Grade 5 Dacromet Coated Sheet Metal Screws

 

These custom Grade 5 #12 X 1-3/4" type AB sheet metal screws were manufactured to SAE J429 specifications with 25-34 core hardness, 120 KSI min tensile strength, and 92 KSI min yield strength.  Dacromet zinc flake coating was applied to complete the parts and a raised dot was incorporated to help our construction customer easily distinguish between these Grade 5 screws and the standard low carbon version also in use.

Custom Domestic Automotive Class 9.8 Hex Flange Bolts

 

These custom class 9.8 hex flange bolts were manufactured for our automotive customer in the USA.  M6-1.00 X 18MM thread was rolled and head dimensions were made to DIN 6921 specifications.  Parts were heat treated to 28-37 HRC core hardness per ISO 898-1 Class 9.8.  Level 3 PPAP and full certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.

Custom AN316C8R Stainless Steel Jam Nuts

 

These custom AN316C8R jam nuts were manufactured domestically using DFARS compliant material to the AN316C8R specifications.  316 stainless steel hex bar stock was used for the production and parts went through NADCAP certified passivation per AMS QQ-P-35 with additional Proof Load lab testing per FF-N-836E to meet 12,000 lbf minimum criteria.  Full certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.

Custom Inconel 718 Double Thread Offset Aerospace Bolts

 

Custom custom Inconel 718 double thread offset studs were manufactured for our aerospace customer.  The offset head, double thread, and hardness of material made these parts extremely difficult to manufacture.  The head radius measured .203" and a combination of 5/16-24 2A and 1/4-28 2A thread was cut to a length of .842".  Definitely one of the toughest parts we have dealt with - the hardness of the material created countless issues with tool life.  Full certs with FAIR were provided with the parts.

Custom M80 & M45 Large Automotive Flange Nuts

 

These custom M80 and M45 thread large flange nuts were manufactured for our EV automotive customer using Class 8.8 steel material with black phosphate finish.  180 degree nylon internal patch was applied to complete the parts per print.  Full certs and level III PPAP were provided with parts per our customer specifications.
