Special dowel pins made to print are one of the more common items supplied by Engineered Source, as manufacturers in all industries at one point or another come across a need for a custom pin. Whether you are looking for alloy, stainless steel, PTFE, hastalloy, or one of the less common materials, we are happy to supply the pin to your specifications and needs. This specific dowel pin is made using standard alloy material, with both sides chamfered, and has a diameter of 1/4".
While Engineered Source is focused on being a supplier and distributor of special and standard fasteners, we are nevertheless extremely diverse in the related products offered to our customers. These special 3/8" neoprene strips made to our customer's specific dimensional requirements are a perfect example. Like most parts supplied by Engineered Source, items like this can be provided in a number of rubber material types and a seemingly endless variety of sizes and customization.
Custom pins of virtually all types, materials, and specific requirements are Engineered Source's specialty. We work closely with our international and domestic factories to supply special pins like this 1/16 X .850 Hastalloy Sensor Probe Pin, chamfered only on one side. This specific part is distributed to our customer on an "As Released" blanket order basis, allowing for greater flexibility based on manufacturing and financial metrics.
