Custom 316 Stainless Left Hand Jam Nuts

 

These custom domestic left hand 1/2-20 thread jam nuts were manufactured in the USA using DFARS compliant 316 stainless steel material to AN316C8L requirements.  The hex nuts were passivated per AMS QQ-P-35 with our NADCAP certified facility and proof load tested per FF-N-836E.  Full certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.

Custom Stainless Steel Metric Male-Female Standoffs

 

These custom metric male/female standoffs were manufactured using 303 stainless steel material with commercial passivation.  M5 thread was tapped to a depth of 8MM and the male extension was machined without thread to a diameter of 3.8MM and length of 3MM.  The distance across the flats used for wrenching during the application was set to 7MM.

Custom Metric Hex Key Double Thread Studs

 

These custom metric hex key double thread studs were manufactured domestically for our automotive customer using alloy steel material meeting 220,000 psi clamp load minimum.  M12 thread was rolled on both sides, with fine pitch on the longer side and coarse on the other.  1/4" hex drive was formed on one side extending .25" from the fine threaded section.  Full certs were provided with the parts.
