Special 5/8-18 Nickel Plated Palnut For Aerospace Applications

This is a 5/8-18 palnut that we supply on a blanket purchase order basis to one of our aerospace customers.  Per their specific specifications we have the plain steel version of this part nickel plated to QQ-N-290, with copper strike.  Parts go through a 5 hour pre-bake process and also an 8 hour post-bake process at 375 degree Fahrenheit.  To our customer's request all passivated and plated parts are shipped with a NADCAP cert.

Custom Stainless Steel Square 5/16 X 6-1/2 U Bolts

This is another set of square u-bolts we supplied a customer in Los Angeles for a temporary set installation project.  Type 304 stainless steel material was used and 5/16 diameter coarse thread was applied at 2 inches on the feet.  Inside diameter for these u-bolts is 6-1/2 inches.

Special NAS9921C5B20F & NAS9921C5B19F Shear Bolts

As you can see in the print below, which continues for another 4 pages of specifications, these shear bolts are a tough part to make.  5/16-24 thread pitch is used for the threaded section, with a thread locking patch.  A286 material is used to make the part, with heat treat and passivation per AMS 2700.  We supplied the customer 6 pieces of each part, made specifically for their order and specifications.
