Custom 1/2 X 19-1/16 Round Stainless Steel U-bolts

We supplied a small quantity of this custom 1/2 diameter round u bolt to our customer as a one time order and shipment.  These u-bolts have approximately 3 inches of coarse thread on both legs and two 18-8 stainless steel nuts per customer's drawing specifications.  The width between the legs is 4-9/16" and the inside depth is measured at 7-13/16".  Material certs and inspection reports can be provided upon request.

Custom 3/4 X 6" 316 Stainless Steel Threaded Rod Studs

These are custom 3/4 inch diameter coarse threaded studs supplied to our customer at a small quantity of 40 pieces.  The studs were cut and chamfered on both sides using 12 foot 316 stainless steel threaded rod.  Larger quantities of custom threaded studs can be supplied on a blanket purchase order basis.

Custom 5/16 X 7-1/2 Square Stainless Steel U-Bolt

This is a custom square u-bolt we supplied to a customer at 200 pieces.  Parts were manufactured locally in Southern California using 304 stainless steel, with a 5/16 diameter and coarse threaded 2 inch sections on each leg of the u-bolt.  The inside width is 6-1/8 and the inside depth is at 7-1/2 inches.  Material certs were provided with the parts per customer's instructions.
