Custom Ultra Fine Threaded Studs In 18-8 Stainless Steel - 5/16-32 X 1-1/4 Chamfered On Both Sides

We supplied these custom ultra fine threaded studs to our customer in the civil engineering and construction field.  They measure 5/16-32 X 1-1/4 and are manufactured domestically with a lead time of 1-2 weeks.  100 pieces were produced with each side chamfered by hand.  Unlike the typical threaded studs used in construction, these ultra fine thread parts were very temperamental and required extra care during the production process and handling.  Even the smallest error in the chamfering process or a small dent in the thread from handling/shipping could ruin the thread run and cause jamming on the mating parts.

Custom Miniature Metric U Bolts - M4 X 0.7M X 15.23MM In A36 Steel Material

These are custom miniature metric u bolts we supplied to our customer at just five pieces for testing purposes before a larger production volume order is placed.  The inside width was maintained at 16MM and the straight portion of each leg was to be set at 15.34MM.  On the metric u bolts with similar inside width, this M4 diameter is typically the smallest we are able to work with.

Custom 316 Stainless Sheet Metal Screws With Tin Cobalt Chrome Plating - 6-18 X 5/8" Type A SMS

These are custom 316 stainless steel sheet metal screws with tin-cobalt RoHS compliant chrome plate finish, with the 316 stainless steel designated by a dot on the head of each screw.  Like the other custom tin cobalt chrome plated screws, these type A 6 X 5/8 phil pan sheet metal screws are manufactured overseas and supplied to our long time customer on a revolving blanket purchase order basis.  The tin cobalt chrome plating is done in a barrel plate format for improved cost efficiency while still producing a very attractive cosmetic finish.  Tin cobalt finish typically provides a slightly duller chrome finish than the traditional hexavalent chromium plating.  All the custom tin cobalt plated parts we supply are electroplated with a bright nickel under-plate for improved longevity and appearance.
