Custom Stainless Steel Socket Cap Screws In 303 Stainless Steel - 8-32 X 4-1/2"

These are custom stainless steel socket cap screws made domestically using 303 stainless steel at just 102 pieces.  We supply this part to our long time aerospace customer approximately once a year with full paperwork.  It measures 8-32 X 4-1/2 and had a relatively short lead time of 1 week for production.  Our internal part number is SC-008068-I.

Custom 304 Stainless Steel Square U Bolts - 3/8 X 9" With Material Certs

These are custom type 304 stainless steel square u bolts we supplied to our customer at 73 pieces.  Since no outside plating or coating services were required these u bolts were completed within 1 week of confirmed order and were shipped with material certs per the customer's specification.  The inside width is 4" and the inside depth is at 9".  Two inches of coarse thread was incorporated at each leg.

Custom Type A Sheet Metal Screws With Tin Cobalt Chrome Finish - 6-18 X 3/8" In 316 Stainless Steel Material

These are 316 stainless custom type A sheet metal screws with tin-cobalt RoHS compliant chrome plate finish, with the 316 stainless steel designated by a dot on the head of each screw.  Like the other custom tin cobalt chrome plated screws, these 6-18 X 3/8 phil flat sheet metal screws are manufactured overseas and supplied to our long time customer on a revolving blanket purchase order basis.  The tin cobalt chrome plating is done in a barrel plate format for improved cost efficiency while still producing a very attractive cosmetic finish.  Tin cobalt finish typically provides a slightly duller chrome finish than the traditional hexavalent chromium plating.  All the custom tin cobalt plated parts we supply are electroplated with a bright nickel under-plate for improved longevity and appearance.

Custom Square Galvanized U-Bolts - 1/2" X 7" In A36 Galvanized Steel Material

These are custom square galvanized u-bolts manufactured domestically at 100 pieces using A36 steel material, hot dipped galvanized.  The inside depth is at 7" and inside width maintained at 5-1/2".  1-1/4 inches of coarse thread is incorporated at each leg.  Lead time for these 100 pieces was at 7-8 business days but it could be shorter with an expedite option.
