Custom Precision Machined Weld Studs

 

These custom precision machined weld studs were manufactured in mild carbon steel material with eventual copper flash plating prior to use on the production floor.  Overall length of the weld stud is 20.02mm and the single projection measures .75mm diameter by .80mm length.  UNC-2B thread was rolled on the threaded section and samples were manufactured for our customer to test prior to full production.

Custom Stainless Steel Chamfered Dowel Pins

 

These custom stainless steel dowel pins were manufactured in lengths ranging from 2-1/2" to 9" and a diameter of 1/8".  304 stainless steel material was used and the pins were factory passivated after the chamfer was applied on each side.  

Custom Cl 10.9 Torx Drive Socket Head Bolts

 

These custom torx drive socket head bolts were manufactured using class 10.9 steel material with a cold formed head and T20 drive combined with rolled partial 10-32 thread.  Overall length under the head was set to 1.125" +/-.01" and commercial black oxide finish was processed to complete the parts for our customer's use.  Full certs were provided with the parts.

Custom Metric Stainless Steel Standoffs

 

These custom metric stainless steel standoffs were manufactured using 303 stainless steel material with M3 X 0.5 tapped to a depth of 8MM on one side and unthreaded drilled hole on the other side at a diameter of 4.2MM and a depth of 10MM.  The flat machined sections were set to 7MM across the flats and the round outside section was at a radius of 8MM.  Full certs were provided with the parts.

Custom Low Profile Socket Head Screws in Stainless Steel

 These custom low profile socket head screws were manufactured using 304 stainless steel material for our gun product manufacturing customer and were also provided with black oxide finish.  Full 10-32 thread was rolled at a length of .75" below the cold forged head.  Parts were provided with full certs per our customer's requirements.
