Custom Zinc Plated Flat Washers

 

These custom flat stamped washers were manufactured using low carbon steel material with zinc clear plated finish.  The washer outside diameter was set to .344" and the inside diameter to .210".  Thickness was designed to a .031" +/-.002" prior to the zinc plated finish.  

Custom Steel Slider Lock Pins With Cotter Pin

 

These custom machined steel post pins were manufactured using low carbon steel with plain finish.  The head measured .41" in diameter and the shoulder .200" with a .063 thru hole for the cotter pin.  The pins measured .60" in overall length underneath the head.  Cotter pin and washer used for the full assembly at application were also custom made to drawing for our electronics customer.
