These special stamped parts are provided in small quantities to our long time customer that applies the brackets in their automotive assembly process.  The brackets are made in the USA using ASTM A1008-10CS Type A cold rolled sheet material and depending on the customer needs the lead time can be as short as 1 week.

Special 410 Stainless Steel Fully Threaded Hex Cap Screw

This is an M6 X 1.0 X 60MM hex head cap screw that is fully threaded per customer's specifications and manufactured in the United States using 410 stainless steel.  Parts are then heat treated for required hardness.  A similar part is supplied for the same customer at M5 diameter, which will be shown as a separate entry.  Both parts are supplied on a one-time release basis at 5,000 pieces each.

Special Music Wire Extension Spring

We supply our customer base a number of different custom made compression and extension springs, typically on a blanket as-released purchase order basis.  This special spring part is an extension spring made using pre plated .022 galvanized music wire material.  It is usually supplied to our customer at 5,000 piece increments.

Special Metric Hex Head Fully Threaded Cap Screw in 410 Stainless Steel

This is an M5 X 0.8 X 60MM hex head cap screw that is fully threaded per customer's specifications and manufactured in the United States using 410 stainless steel.  Parts are then heat treated for required hardness.  A similar part is supplied for the same customer at M6 diameter, which will be shown as a separate entry.  Both parts are supplied on a one-time release basis at 5,000 pieces each.

Special Flat Washer in Steel Zinc

This is a special steel washer made to ID of 1.504, OD of 2.187, and TH of .062 with standard tolerances in place per customer's specifications.  We supply hundreds of special washers in a variety of materials and parameters, both on an as-released blanket purchase order basis and single order release basis.  Custom washers like this typically have a lead time of 6-8 weeks from a PO.

Special Captive Screw With O-Ring

This is a special captive screw measuring 10-32 X 2-3/8 manufactured in the United States using 18-8 stainless steel material.  It has a standard pan head with a phillips drive and is partially threaded to act as a captive/panel screw.  An o-ring is incorporated on each screw to our customer's specifications.  We have carried this part on a blanket as-released purchase order basis for the same customer for over five years.

Special DIN965 Metric Phil Flat Machine Screw

This is a special phillips flat DIN965 machine screw measuring M3 X 0.5 X 9MM and manufactured in the USA using steel with zinc plating finish.  These parts we typically supply to our customer with a production run for each order at the quantity requested, typically around 3,000 pieces.  While a variety of M3 X 0.5 DIN965 screws are available as standards, the 9MM length is often an impossible item to find off the shelf and requires production as a special.

Special 1/16 X 1/4 Dowel Pin in 420 Stainless Steel

This is a special dowel pin made for our aerospace customer using 420 stainless steel material at just 100 pieces.  After production the pins were separately passivated using a NADCAP certified facility using a process of passivation with descaling and a 24 hour water immersion test that is typically recommended for 400 series stainless steel materials.
