These custom slotted T-bolts were manufactured in 316 stainless steel with plain finish based on drawings we created using provided samples. Unlike the typical slotted drive application we see these t-bolts incorporated the slot for marking/indication purposes to signal the position of the head from the back side. Each bolt was wrapped in protective netting to avoid damage to the head and thread during transport.

Custom Tamper-proof Security Lag Screws
These custom tamper proof security lag screws were manufactured using 304 stainless steel material with a 0.5" hex socket drive with a press fit security pin. Overall length of the screw was 2.5" and the unthreaded shoulder diameter was set to .37". 3/8-7 wood screw thread was rolled to complete the parts.

Custom Slotted Double Thread Studs
We supplied these custom slotted double thread studs to our furniture manufacturing customer. Low carbon steel was used for the production with a black oxide finish. 3/8-16 thread was rolled on each side and the overall length measured at 47.60MM. The part is similar to the hex socket drive version in alloy steel that we supply our automotive aftermarket OEM customers.

Custom Stainless M16 Precision Machined Hex Nuts
These custom stainless steel M16-1.5 H6 thread fit hex nuts were manufactured using 303 stainless steel material with NADCAP certified passivation. Width across the flats was set to .75" and the thickness/height at .250". Material certs and certificate of conformance was provided with the parts to our electronics OEM customer.

Custom Grade 8 Offroad Wheel Bolts
These custom grade 8 wheel bolts were manufactured for our automotive OEM customer using SAE J429 material with zinc yellow finish with post plating bake. An 82 degree countersunk feature was incorporated into the head with cold forging with 1/2-13 UNC 2B full thread below measuring 1.25" in length.

Custom Stainless Steel UNEF Thread Precision Hex Nuts
These custom 3/4-10 UNEF stainless steel hex nuts were manufactured for our electronics customer using 304 stainless steel material. They measured .938" across the flats and .375" in height with standard chamfers on both sides. NADCAP certified passivation was completed to complete the parts for delivery. Full certs were available with the parts as well as a Go/NoGo plug gauge. We ran the samples of the part twice to ensure successful testing with the thread gauges.

Custom Torx Drive Grade 5 Titanium Screws
We supplied our high performance bicycle manufacturing customer these custom torx drive grade 5 titanium screws as an alternative to the traditional A4-80 material option. The titanium material version offered great weight to strength ratio and also superior cosmetic options with the variety of anodizing colors. The screws incorporated rolled M5 coarse thread at a length of .709" underneath the head. The drive was cold formed on these parts and the balance of the head fully machined prior to thread roll. Full certs were available with the parts.

MS21250-02004 12-Point Flange Bolts
These MS21250-02004 12 point flange bolts were manufactured using domestic 8740 AMS 8322P steel material heat treated to AMS 2759/1 F AMS 2759 F to reach hardness of 40-43 HRC. The parts were finished with CAD plating per AMS-QQ-P-416E specification, Type II Class 2. Full certs were provided with the parts to our aerospace customer per order requirements.

Custom Oversize Brass Hex Nuts
These custom oversize brass hex nuts were manufactured using .661"-.669" across the flats brass bar stock material, measuring .764" across the corners. They were tapped with 3/8-16 2B internal thread and chamfered on both sides. The nut height was set to .500" +/-.015. Samples were provided to our agricultural customer for testing prior to the full production order placement.

Custom Stainless Steel Torx Knurled Shoulder Screws
These custom stainless steel torx drive knurled shoulder screws were manufactured using 304 stainless steel material with factory passivated finish. The shoulder measured 2.29-2.48MM X 19.05 +/- .12MM. 2-56 UNC 2A thread was incorporated at a length of 5.56 +0/-.5MM. A T8 drive was cold formed and the outside of the head aggressively knurled for optimal finger grip. A 180 degree nylon thread lock patch was applied over the threads to complete the production process.
