Custom 1/2 X 7" Round A36 Galvanized Steel U-Bolts

These custom made u-bolts were manufactured on a rush basis for a customer in dire need, completed within approximately 1 week from order.  A36 steel material was used with hot dip galvanized finish per customer's instructions.  3 inches of coarse thread were incorporated at each leg, with the inside depth at 7" and inside width at 5".

Custom DIN 7991 M14 X 50MM Flat Socket Cap Screw In Class 10.9 Alloy Steel

We supply our customer base countless custom made metric socket screws like this special to print M14 X 1.5M X 50MM flat socket cap screw in 10.9 alloy steel, with plain and light oil finish.  This custom socket screw is supplied in small quantities from 10-50 pieces at a time and is often used in automotive and motorcycle applications.

Custom 18-8 Stainless Steel Washer

This is one of the countless custom to print stainless steel washers we supply on a revolving blanket purchase order basis - it is a domestic made 18-8 stainless steel flat washer measuring .170 X .500 X .030.  Tolerances on the OD are +/-.0050 and the ID is maintained within .170-.177 per the customer specific requirements.  The thickness on the washer ranges between .030 and .040 inches.

Specialty O-Ring Sealing Machine Screws

We provide our customer base a diverse array of specialty sealing screws like this 6-32 X 3/8 phillips pan head machine screw in 18-8 stainless steel with built-in buna o-ring.  The sealing feature can be incorporated using a variety of different materials and methods, depending on the customer's specific requirements.  We supply these specific screws to our customer on a revolving blanket purchase order basis.

Custom 1/2 X 15-3/8 Galvanized ASTM A36 Steel U-bolts

These are custom round u-bolts made using A36 galvanized steel material with just 1 inch on the inside width and 1-1/2 inches of 1/2 coarse thread.  They are used in specialized fencing applications and supplied in quantities ranging from 20-100 pieces at a time, with a few different lengths per our customer requirements.  Material certs are supplied with the parts with each shipment.

Custom 4-40 X 3/8 Slotted Flat Machine Screws in Copper 110 Material

This is another 4-40 slotted flat machine screw we supply our long time customer, typically in small batches of 50-100 pieces per order.  They are 3/8 in length and are manufactured in the United States using Copper 110 material.  Material certs are provided with each shipment and blanket purchase order arrangements are always doable.

Custom 1/2 X 25-13/16 Hot Dip Galvanized ASTM A36 Steel U-Bolts

This custom galvanized A36 u-bolt was provided at a quantity of 140 pieces on an expedited delivery basis, with a lead time at at just 7 business days from order.  Approximately 2 inches of coarse 1/2" thread were incorporated on the legs of the u-bolt, with the inside width measuring 8-3/4 inches.

Custom 1/2 X 20-15/16 Zinc Plated Round ASTM A36 U-bolts

We supplied these custom coarse thread 1/2 X 20-15/16 round U-bolts to a customer at 140 pieces with a lead time of approximately 2 weeks.  ASTM A36 material was used and material and plating certs were made available to the customer with the parts.  3 inches of thread was incorporated on each leg and the inside depth was 8-3/4 inches.  Inside width was requested at 4-9/16 inches.

Custom Drilled Stainless Steel Socket Set Screw

This is a custom made to print socket set screw made using 303 stainless steel, passivated to Mil QQ-P-35 Type II.  It measures 10-32 X .415" +/-.010 and is drilled at a diameter of .126 +.005/-.000 to a depth of .250 +/-.005.  We supply them at orders of approximately 1,000 pieces per release and the custom parts are made domestically in the USA.

Custom Trilobular Thread Forming Hex Washer Head Screws

We supply our diverse customer base hundreds of custom made to print trilobular thread forming screws in both steel and stainless steel materials.  This particular special thread forming part measures 10-24 X 3.19" and is manufactured to print overseas in Taiwan in steel/zinc; it is then supplied to our customer on an as-released blanket purchase order basis.
