Custom Countersunk Double End Studs - 304 Stainless Steel

 

We had 5,000 pieces of these custom countersunk double end studs manufactured for our customer that specializes in frozen drink equipment production.  304 stainless steel material was used and the thread was cut on both sides.  Overall length was 41.66MM +/- 0.5 and both threaded sides incorporated 5/16-18 2A thread, at 10.16MM and 15.24MM in length accordingly.  At the maximum diameter point the countersunk shoulder reaches 11.18MM +/-0.2.

Custom Double End Shoulder Studs - A193 B7 Material

These custom double end shoulder studs were manufactured domestically using B7 material with plain finish.  1" coarse thread was incorporated on one side at a length of 1-1/4".  1-5/8" of 3/4" coarse thread was cut on the other side of the stud, with the shoulder machined to a diameter of .75" +/- .01".  Overall length of the double ended stud is 4" +/-.01" and in plain finish this part can be produced relatively quick with a lead time of 2-4 weeks depending on the production volume required.  Material certs were provided with the parts per customer's requirements.

Custom Stainless Steel Double End Studs - 1/4-20 & 10-32 Thread in 304 Stainless Steel

We provided our customer a small batch of these custom stainless steel double end studs at just over 100 pieces.  They wanted to replicate existing parts but did not have any drawings or prints.  We used a sample piece provided to replicate all dimensions to a +/-.01" tolerance.  1/4-20 thread is incorporated on the larger diameter side and 10-32 on the other, with approximately half the thread turned down into a dog point.

Custom Double End Studs In 18-8 Stainless Steel Material - with AA1096 microspheres thread locking patch

These are custom double end studs made using 303 stainless steel (18-8 stainless steel) for our electronics manufacturing customer.  Domestically made at approximately 4,000 pcs these parts were made to the drawing shown below with AA1096 microspheres thread locking feature one the shorter threaded end.  1/4-20 thread was incorporated on the long threaded portion, while 10-24 was used for the shorter end with the thread lock patch.  A #2 square drive was broached on the 1/4-20 side as well.

Custom Stainless Double End Studs - 1/2-13 Double End Studs In 304 Stainless Steel Material

These are custom stainless double end studs we provide our long time customer on a recurring basis, typically with production runs of approximately 300 pcs.  They are made domestically using 304 stainless steel material.  Pictured here is the threaded stud with it's mating part.  The thread on one side measures .875" in length and approximately .687" on the other.  The unthreaded shoulder is 1/2" diameter and the overall length of the stud is set at 2-3/8".

Custom 17-4 Stainless Steel Double End Threaded Studs - 1/2 X 7 With Coarse & Fine Threads

These are custom 17-4 stainless steel double end threaded studs made using 17-4 H1100 stainless material with heat treat required to finalize the parts.  200 pieces of the custom threaded studs were made domestically with a lead time of 2-3 weeks from confirmation.  2-1/4 inches of 1/2 coarse thread is incorporated with 1-3/4 inches of fine thread on the other side.  Full material and heat treat certs were provided with the parts and our internal part number is B6070-500.
