Customers often ask us to supply them dimensional equivalents of MS and AN milspec parts with a varying degree of documentation and testing requirements.  This is a small quantity (1,000 pieces) batch of special made dimensional equivalent of MS16218-9 slotted flat machine screws, made in the USA using C65500 ASTM B 98 silicon bronze material - it measures 2-56 X 3/16".

This is a part we supply our long time customer on an as-needed basis every two years or so at approximately 40,000 pieces per order.  It is a M4-0.70 X 9.5MM phillips slotted combo drive hex washer head machine screw made using steel material with black oxide and light oil per customer specifications.  Made in the USA this part typically carries a 5-6 week lead time from order.

Special 8-18 Partially Threaded Machine Screw With Tapered Point

This is a special partially threaded machine screw supplied to our customer at 30,000 pieces.  The part is made using 18-8 stainless steel and is slightly tapered at the point to allow for faster use in the customer's application.  The head is a slightly off-standard pan head with a phillips drive.  Parts are made in the United States.
