Custom Slotted Round Metric Screws - M7 X 1.0 X 34.5MM In Mild Steel With Black Oxide

These custom slotted round metric screws were manufactured using a cold heading process mild steel material, finished with a black oxide treatment. 90-92 degree angle was incorporated underneath the head, which had an outside diameter of 13.37MM-13.80MM and overall height of 5.15MM max inclusive of the undercut portion. Full M7 X 1.0M thread was rolled to a 6G thread fit. The slotted drive was designed to 1.81MM-2.06MM width and depth of 2.5MM at minimum. Custom Hex Flange Screws, Class 10.9 - M12 X 1.75 X 30MM With Black Phosphate Finish

These are custom hex flange screws we supplied to our automotive customer in grade 10.9.  The size and thread pitch is relatively common in the marketplace but the 10.9 class is a tricky find.  With the large volume required we had the parts domestically produced with black phosphate finish.  Measuring M12 X 1.75 X 30MM the hex flange head measured 23-25MM in flange diameter and 14.5-15.0MM across the flats.  Head height was set to 12MM +/-1MM, inclusive of the flange.  Full certs were available to the customer upon request.

Custom Low Head Metric Screws - M3 X 0.5MM X 3.25MM With Thread Locking Patch in 303 Stainless Steel Material

Custom low head metric screws manufactured domestically using 303 stainless steel material.  The 1/16 hex drive was broached with a 1.5MM drive depth.  Heavy torque blue thread locking patch was applied to conform to a .60 to .33 Nm minimum torque testing.  Head height measured 1.75MM and the width at 9.65MM.  The rounding around the edges of the head was set to R 0.020.  Production samples were provided for customer testing and approval prior to commitment to a full production run.  Lead time for production is 8-10 weeks from confirmed order.  Certificate of conformance, First Article Inspection Report, material cert, and passivation cert were required with the parts per our customer's request.

Custom Metric Rolled Thread Screws - DIN912 M14 X 1.5M X 88MM Class 12.9 Alloy Steel

We have been supplying these 12.9 alloy steel custom metric rolled thread screws for over 10 years to an automotive aftermarket OEM.  The alloy steel socket head blanks are ground to a smaller diameter to allow for the M14 thread to be rolled, which is a specific requirement with our customer.  We supply these parts on a revolving annual blanket purchase order to spread out the cost for our customer and lock in better pricing.  The releases are delivered the same or next day from the initiated request.

Custom Metric Socket Cap Screws With Zinc Yellow Finish And 1193S Thread Locking Patch - M5 X 0.80M X 16MM In Alloy Steel

These are custom metric socket cap screws with an undersized head diameter that we have provided to an aftermarket automotive product manufacturer for many years.  Measuring M5 X 0.80M X 16MM, the socket cap screws are domestically manufactured in alloy steel material and then finished with zinc yellow finish.  The final step involves the application of 1193S thread locking patch on each screw.  Our internal part number for this custom item is DIN912-05016-C1193S.
