Custom 5/8 X 33 Inch U Bolts In 304 Stainless Steel

These are large custom stainless u bolts we supplied to our customer with expediting processing - the inside depth on these parts is 33 inches, with the diameter and thread pitch at 5/8-11.  3.5 inches of thread was incorporated on each side and the inside width was 8-3/5 inches.  This was a small quantity order of just 6 pieces.

Special Phil Pan Machine Screws With Black Oxide Finish and Thread Locking Patch

We supply countless parts to our diverse customer base that incorporate one or more secondary services and finishes.  This stainless steel 4/40 X 3/16 phil pan machine screw is a good example.  It is made using 18-8 stainless steel and is then run through a Class 2 Black Oxide treatment.  The final step is a nylon 11 thread locking patch application.  We supply these specific machine screws to our customer on a revolving annual blanket purchase order basis.

Custom 6-Lobe Stainless Steel Socket Sheet Metal Screw

This is unique custom 302 stainless steel #4-24 X .900 socket sheet metal screw.  It incorporates a 6-lobe socket drive and a partial thread with a AB type point.  These special sheet metal screws are supplied at quantities of approximately 2,000 pieces per order and carry a lead time of 6-8 weeks.  They are passivated in the final stage of the manufacturing process and are made in the USA.

Custom 316 Stainless Steel Threaded Studs

This is another 5/8-11 threaded stud made using 316 stainless steel material, at 10" lengths.  Similar to the 6" version discussed in the previous entry these studs were also made with a 1 week lead time.  The quantity was higher however, at 150 pieces total at 10" lengths.  Higher quantities can be set up for annual or 6 month blanket purchase orders as well.

Custom 5/8 X 6 Threaded Studs in 316 Stainless Steel

We supply our customer base a large variety of custom made threaded rod studs made using 316 stainless steel.  This particular 5/8 X 6 threaded stud, with coarse thread, was supplied at a quantity of 100 pieces with a lead time of approximately 1 week.  The threaded studs are cut from 10 foot 316 stainless material and then chamfered on both ends for optimal use.

Custom Stainless Steel Shim Washers

This is one of the number of shim washers we carry, all of which are made domestically in the USA.  It's dimensions are 2.198 on the inside diameter, 2.647 on the outside diameter, and thickness of .060.  Tolerances on these custom stainless steel shim washer inside and outside dimensions is +/- .010 inches, and +/-.004 on the thickness.  All of the special shim washers we currently carry are supplied to our customers on a annual blanket purchase order basis.

Custom Square Low Carbon Steel Washer

This is the third component of the thee piece assembly shown below that we supply our customer on a blanket purchase order basis.  It is manufactured overseas using Q195 low carbon steel material, with plain and light oil finish.  Approximately 1.96" across both directions, this square washer is .600" thick with a tolerance of +/- .06".

Custom Glass Bead Nylon Insert (Thin Pattern) Lock Nuts

These special made thin pattern nylon insert lock nuts comprise three different sizes we sell to our long time customer on an annual blanket purchase order basis - the sizes covered are 1/4-28, 3/8-24, and 5/16-24.  The parts are made overseas with our long time trusted factory source and are put through a glass bead, aluminum oxide and oil treatment prior to further inspection and shipment to our customer.

Special Grade 8 Mold Bolt

This is a special 3/4-10 thread mold bolt made using Grade 8 40 CR material, with plain and light oil finish.  It is supplied in combination with the coupling nut and washer as shown below.  Sold on an annual blanket purchase order basis, this part is made overseas with our long time trusted factory source and is provided with all necessary paperwork/certs.

Custom Grade 5 Coupling Nut

This is a special Grade 5 coupling nut that is used together with a special mold bolt and square washer pictured below.  It measures 3/4-10 by 1-1/2 inches in length, and can be supplied with plain and light oil finish or hot dip galvanized finish as pictured here.  Together with the other two components, this coupling nut is supplied on a blanket as-released order basis.

Special Inconel Rolled Pin

We supply a number of version of this special pin made using Inconel alloy C-276 material in the USA.  The part is stocked and released as needed to our long time customer.  The inconel materal is hot rolled, pickled, and annealed - the final pins shown here measure 1/16 X .850".

Special to Print Grade 5 Hex Head Cap Screw With Black Oxide Finish

We supply approximately 20,000 pieces of this custom grade 5 hex cap screw annually on an as-released basis to our long time customer.  The parts are made in the USA and measure 5/16-24 X 7/8.  With the black oxide finish typical lead time for parts like this hex cap screw is approximately 5-6 weeks from order.

Special 5/8-18 Nickel Plated Palnut For Aerospace Applications

This is a 5/8-18 palnut that we supply on a blanket purchase order basis to one of our aerospace customers.  Per their specific specifications we have the plain steel version of this part nickel plated to QQ-N-290, with copper strike.  Parts go through a 5 hour pre-bake process and also an 8 hour post-bake process at 375 degree Fahrenheit.  To our customer's request all passivated and plated parts are shipped with a NADCAP cert.

Custom Stainless Steel Square 5/16 X 6-1/2 U Bolts

This is another set of square u-bolts we supplied a customer in Los Angeles for a temporary set installation project.  Type 304 stainless steel material was used and 5/16 diameter coarse thread was applied at 2 inches on the feet.  Inside diameter for these u-bolts is 6-1/2 inches.

Special NAS9921C5B20F & NAS9921C5B19F Shear Bolts

As you can see in the print below, which continues for another 4 pages of specifications, these shear bolts are a tough part to make.  5/16-24 thread pitch is used for the threaded section, with a thread locking patch.  A286 material is used to make the part, with heat treat and passivation per AMS 2700.  We supplied the customer 6 pieces of each part, made specifically for their order and specifications.

Custom 5/16 X 7-1/2 Square U Bolt In 304 Stainless Steel

This is a square U bolt in 304 stainless steel that we supplied to a customer at just 32 pieces.  The 2 inches of thread on either side are 5/16-18 coarse thread and the inside depth of the part is 7-1/2 inches, while the inside diameter is at 6-1/16 inches.  Also a rush project, these parts were completed within 3 days as well from order.

Custom 5/16 Diameter 304 Stainless Steel U-bolt

Custom U bolts are a daily routine for us and this is a 5/16-18 threaded U bolt we supplied a customer, made in the USA using 304 stainless steel material with plain finish.  It measures 4-5/16 inches on the inside width and 5-1/2 inches on the inside depth.  The customer was in a big rush and we were able to get the parts made and shipped within 3 days from order.  Material certs were provided as well per our customer's request.

Custom Metric Button Socket Cap Screw In 302 Stainless Steel

This is a special to print custom button head cap screw we supply a long time customer on an annual basis at approximately 5,000 pieces - it measures M3 X 0.5 X 7.24MM.  They are supplied in increments of 5,000 pieces and are made in the United States using 302 stainless steel material with passivation as the final stage in the process.  Fine thread and a special to print point is incorporated in these parts, which resembles an oval point on a standard set screw.

Special Made DIN912 M12 X 1.5 X 70MM Socket Cap Screw

We supply countless metric fasteners to our customer base and often due to availability or additional customer specific requirements we have a number of alloy socket cap screws special made to order.  This DIN912 M12 X 1.5 X 70MM is a perfect example.  We provide this socket screw to our customer on an as-released blanket purchase order basis and typically stock a 6 month supply at any one time.  It is made in the USA in 12.9 alloy steel material with plain and light oil finish.

Custom 1/72 Hex Machine Screw Nut Made to Print

This is a special to print part we sell to an aerospace customer on an as-released purchase order basis, with the releases at approximately 600 pieces.  Made in the USA, this 1/72 machine screw nut is DFAR compliant and was made using 303 stainless steel with 3B thread fit.  Typically lead time from order is approximately 4 weeks.

Special Dimensional MS16218-9 Slotted Flat Machine Screw

Customers often ask us to supply them dimensional equivalents of MS and AN milspec parts with a varying degree of documentation and testing requirements.  This is a small quantity (1,000 pieces) batch of special made dimensional equivalent of MS16218-9 slotted flat machine screws, made in the USA using C65500 ASTM B 98 silicon bronze material - it measures 2-56 X 3/16".
