Custom Bent Eye Bolts & U-Bolts In A36 Steel Material - 3/4-10 Thread

These custom bent eye bolts were produced together with matching large round u-bolts in A36 material.  3/4-10 thread was incorporated on both parts and 6 eye bolts were produced together with 21 u-bolts, a relatively small production run.  Parts were produced within 4 days of order confirmation but could have been done faster with an expedited rush order and fee if necessary.  The diameter of the eye was set to 1-1/2" and the thread length was set to 2-1/2".  We were approx 1/4" shy of the thread length requested however as going beyond that would encroach onto the bending material.  The round u-bolts were made to 3-1/2" between the legs and 4" for the inside length.  1" of 3/4-10 thread was incorporated on each leg.

Custom Small U Bolts - 1/4-20 Round U Bolts In Steel Zinc With Rolled Thread

These are custom small u bolts we supplied to our customer at approximately 16,000 pcs.  The 1/4-20 thread was rolled per customer specifications and the zinc plating was done to QQ-Z-325.  Width between the legs is set at 1.060 inches before the extended rolled thread, outside length at 1.84 inches, and thread length at .62 inches.  Material was .217-.213 diameter 1010 steel per ASTM A108.

Custom A108 Steel U Bolts - ASTM A108 Material With Rolled 1/4-20 Thread

These are custom A108 steel u bolts domestically manufactured with rolled thread.  The picture shows the initial sample pieces made in plain ASTM A108 steel material for testing purposes, with the production order consisting of zinc plated version of the same part.  The lead time for these custom round u bolts is slightly longer than usual, at 6-8 weeks from order confirmation.  Material certs and cert. of conformance are available upon request and a rush order option is available if a similar u bolt is ever needed in a hurry.

Custom Fully Threaded U Bolts - Plain Steel Material With 4-40 Thread

These are the more unusual u bolts we have supplied over the years - they are custom fully threaded u bolts.  Typically only a partial length of each leg is threaded, whether cut threads or rolled, but in this case our customer specifically requested a fully threaded version.  1,000 pieces were run through a domestic production process with a lead time of 3-4 weeks.  4-40 thread was incorporated with the inside width at .57 inches and inside length at .75 inches.

Custom Thin U Bolts - 3/16 X 3 Round U Bolt in 1018 Steel Material

These are custom thin U bolts made domestically using 1018 plain steel material at approximately 600 pcs.  Lead time for production was 6 business days and each custom round u bolt was supplied with a pair of hex nuts, flat washers, and split lock washers.  Material certs and certificate of conformance was provided with the shipment per our customer's request.

Custom Round 304 Stainless Steel U-Bolts - 1/2 X 3-1/2 Rush Order

These are custom round 304 stainless steel u-bolts domestically manufactured for our customer at 135 pieces.  This was rush order and we were able to produce the parts within 3 days of order placement.  Material certs and a certificate of conformance was provided with the parts per the customer's specific request.  The inside width was set at 2-1/16 inches, inside depth at 3-1/2 inches, and 1-1/4 inches of 1/2 diameter coarse thread was incorporated on each leg.

Custom Grade 5 U Bolts To Print - 9/16 X 3.875 In Grade 5 Steel Zinc Material

These are custom grade 5 u bolts made to our customer's drawing at 500 pieces.  The u-bolts were manufactured domestically in steel zinc material and heat treated to RC20.   9/16-12 rolled thread was incorporated on each leg at 1.625" in length.  The overall inside length was measured at 3.875" and the inside width at 1.565".  Material certs and heat treat certs were provided with the parts per our customer's specific instructions and the overall lead time was 5-6 weeks for the full order.

Custom Precision 316 Stainless U Bolts - 3/8-16 X 4" With Critical 1-3/8" Center to Center

These are custom precision 316 stainless u bolts made domestically with cut threads at just 10 pieces, with a lead time of 4-5 business days.  A pair of 316 stainless steel hex nuts and jam nuts were included per our customer's request.  The center to center measurement was most critical on these parts for the marine application our customer was working on.  3/8-16 diameter and thread was used on the parts, with 4" as the inside depth and 2-5/8 inches of thread on each leg.

Custom Galvanized Steel Round U-Bolts - 3/8 X 11-5/8

These are custom galvanized steel round u-bolts made domestically using A36 galvanized steel material.  We supplied them at 200 pieces per order with a lead time of 2-3 weeks from confirmed order.  3/8 diameter bar was used and the inside width was set at 2-5/8", inside depth at 4-3/4", and approximately 2-5/8" of coarse thread was incorporated on each side.

3/8 Diameter Custom Stainless Steel U Bolts - 3/8-16 X 4-1/2 In Type 304 Stainless Steel Material

These are round 18-8 stainless steel 3/8 diameter custom stainless steel u bolts we supplied to our customer in Naples FL.  The inside width was set at 1/2" and the inside depth was 4-1/2".  2 inches of standard coarse thread was incorporated to the customer's requirements.  Our internal part number is UB037072-I and the lead time for these parts was at 5 business days from order confirmation.

Custom Round Galvanized U Bolts In A307 Steel Material - 1/2 X 10-1/8

These 1/2 diameter custom round galvanized u bolts are one of three sizes we supply our customer in Raleigh NC.  They are made domestically using A307 steel material with a hot dip galvanized finish at just 12 pieces.  Our customer was in urgent need and we were able to get these custom round u bolts produced in just 3 days together with the other two sizes.  The inside length measures 10-1/8 while the inside width was set at 5-3/4 inches for a pipe radius of 7/8 inches.  Two inches of 1/2-13 thread was incorporated on each leg.

These are custom stainless steel u-bolts we supplied to our customer in Livingston CA at 800 pieces.  Manufactured domestically using 304 stainless steel material in 5 business days, these 3/8 diameter type 304 stainless steel custom u bolts were supplied with a certificate of conformance and material certs.  Nuts and washers were supplied separately in 18-8 stainless steel material.

1/2-13 X 7-3/4 Custom Round Galvanized U Bolts - Rush Order

These 1/2 diameter custom round galvanized u bolts are one of three sizes we supply our customer in Raleigh NC.  They are made domestically using A307 steel material with a hot dip galvanized finish at just 12 pieces.  Our customer was in urgent need and we were able to get these custom u bolts produced in just 3 days together with the other two sizes.  The inside length measures 7-3/4 while the inside width was set at 5-3/4 for a pipe radius of 2-7/8 inches.  Two inches of 1/2-13 thread was incorporated on each leg.

5/8-11 Custom Galvanized Round U Bolts in A36 Steel Material - 5/8 X 10-1/2 Inside Depth

These are custom galvanized round u bolts we supplied a customer in Belleville, New Jersey at just 12 pieces.  A36 material was used with galvanized finish.  Four galvanized hex nuts, two flat washers, and two split lock washers were included with each custom u bolt.  5/8-11 thread was incorporated at 5 inches in length on each leg and the inside width was 8-1/2 inches.  Inside depth was at 10-1/2 inches.  Material certs were provided with the parts per customer's specifications.

Custom 1/2" Round Shoulder Machined U-Bolts

This is a custom shoulder u-bolt we supplied to our construction customer at a quantity of 250 pieces with a lead time of 8 weeks.  Thy were manufactured domestically using plain steel material, using 1/2 bar stock.  The threaded sections however needed to be 3/8-16 at 1.3125 lengths on each leg.  The unthreaded shoulder portion measures .750 inches and the centered width between the legs is 2 inches.  Our internal part number for this part is SUB37061-A.

Custom 5/8 X 33 Inch U Bolts In 304 Stainless Steel

These are large custom stainless u bolts we supplied to our customer with expediting processing - the inside depth on these parts is 33 inches, with the diameter and thread pitch at 5/8-11.  3.5 inches of thread was incorporated on each side and the inside width was 8-3/5 inches.  This was a small quantity order of just 6 pieces.

Custom Stainless Steel Square 5/16 X 6-1/2 U Bolts

This is another set of square u-bolts we supplied a customer in Los Angeles for a temporary set installation project.  Type 304 stainless steel material was used and 5/16 diameter coarse thread was applied at 2 inches on the feet.  Inside diameter for these u-bolts is 6-1/2 inches.
