These custom 1/2 U bolts in 316 stainless steel material were manufactured at just 8 pieces within 1 week from order. They were supplied with a pair of standard hex nuts and hex jam nuts in 316 stainless steel for each u bolt. 3.5 inches of coarse thread was incorporated on each leg and the inside width was maintained at 1.5 inches.
Larger quantities of these custom made parts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
