Custom J-Bolts made domestically using A36 material without any finish. Our customer needed just 18 pieces urgently and we were able to get them made and shipped within 4 days of order. 1/2 inch bar stock was used with 1-1/4" inside width on the J-turn and 1-3/4" on the short leg.
Large quantities of these custom made J-bolts would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
