Custom Thin 10-32 Zinc Plated Hex Nuts

 

These custom hex nuts were manufactured using low carbon steel material per ASME B18.2.2 with zinc clear finish.  The thin height of the nuts were set to .094" +/- .005" and across the flats dimension to a 3/8" hex.  Standard chamfers were incorporated with light chamfer on both sides of the tapped holes.
