These custom socket head screws were manufacturer per our hydraulics component OEM customer using 316 stainless steel with factory passivated finish. The socket head was cold formed and the partial 3/8-16 thread was rolled prior to the dog point grinding and thread cleanup. The dog point design was set to .272" diameter and a length of .320" with standard chamfers. Material certs were available with the parts per customer requirements.
