Custom Fully Threaded U Bolts - Plain Steel Material With 4-40 Thread

These are the more unusual u bolts we have supplied over the years - they are custom fully threaded u bolts.  Typically only a partial length of each leg is threaded, whether cut threads or rolled, but in this case our customer specifically requested a fully threaded version.  1,000 pieces were run through a domestic production process with a lead time of 3-4 weeks.  4-40 thread was incorporated with the inside width at .57 inches and inside length at .75 inches.

Custom Zinc Plated U-Bolts - 3/8 X 4-1/2 Round U Bolts In A36 Zinc Plated Steel Material

These are custom zinc plated u-bolts in A36 steel material with commercial zinc and clear finish.  Domestic production was run for 200 pieces on a rush basis with lead time at 7-10 business days due to the zinc plating process time required.  3/8 diameter rod was used with 2-1/2 inches of coarse thread on each leg.  The inside depth was set at 4-1/2 inches, inside width at 2-1/2 inches, and material certs were provided with the parts per our customer's request.

Custom 1018 Steel Round U Bolts - 3/16 X 6" With 10-24 Thread

These are custom 1018 steel round u bolts made in plain finish at just 15 pieces, with a lead time of approximately 1 week from confirmed order.  The inside width is set at 4-3/4 inches, inside depth at 6 inches, and 10-24 thread at 3 inches on each leg.  Material certs were made available per the customer's requirements.

Custom Square Steel U Bolts - 5/8 X 12-11/16 In CD-C1018 Steel Material With No Finish

We supplied these 5/8 diameter custom square steel u bolts to our customer at just 2 pieces for prototype purposes.  Since plain C1018 steel was used for the production the lead time was just 3-4 days, which would typically be closer to 2 weeks if hot dip galvanizing or plating process was involved.  The inside width measured 14-5/8, inside depth was at 12-11/16, and approximately 4 inches of coarse thread was incorporated on each leg.
