Custom T304 Stainless U-Bolts - 1/2 X 24-9/16 Round U-Bolts

These are custom T304 stainless u-bolts we supplied our customer in two different dimensional variants: the smaller round u-bolts measure 3-1/2" for the inside width and 6-1/2" for the inside depth while the larger version measures 6-5/8" at the inside width and 10" for the inside depth.  130 pieces of the larger u-bolts and 80 pieces of the smaller variant were provided to our customer, with a lead time of 4-5 business days from order confirmation.  Material certs were made available upon request.

Small Custom Plain Steel U-Bolts - 5/16-18 X 1.38" With Rolled Thread

This is one of our small custom plain steel u-bolts made domestically to our customer's drawing and tolerances.  Only 20 pieces were required and 5/16-18 rolled thread was requested with a .06 X 45 degree chamfer requested and undersized first two threads.  The center to center dimension was set at .81", inside length at 1.38" and thread length at .62".  Lead time was approximately 4-5 weeks since the customer was not in a rush to get the parts sooner.  Faster lead time was available in needed.

Custom A108 Steel U Bolts - ASTM A108 Material With Rolled 1/4-20 Thread

These are custom A108 steel u bolts domestically manufactured with rolled thread.  The picture shows the initial sample pieces made in plain ASTM A108 steel material for testing purposes, with the production order consisting of zinc plated version of the same part.  The lead time for these custom round u bolts is slightly longer than usual, at 6-8 weeks from order confirmation.  Material certs and cert. of conformance are available upon request and a rush order option is available if a similar u bolt is ever needed in a hurry.

Custom Fully Threaded U Bolts - Plain Steel Material With 4-40 Thread

These are the more unusual u bolts we have supplied over the years - they are custom fully threaded u bolts.  Typically only a partial length of each leg is threaded, whether cut threads or rolled, but in this case our customer specifically requested a fully threaded version.  1,000 pieces were run through a domestic production process with a lead time of 3-4 weeks.  4-40 thread was incorporated with the inside width at .57 inches and inside length at .75 inches.

Custom Zinc Plated U Bolts - 5/16 X 3-1/2 With Plates & Hex Nuts

These are custom zinc plated u bolts we supplied to our customer at 150 sets that included 2 hex nuts per u bolt and a flat plate measuring 1/8 X 2 X 3-1/4 inches.  The lead time without any rush service was at 2 weeks from order confirmation.  Material certs were provided with the parts per customer specifications.  The inside width of the u bolt was set at 2 inches, inside length at 3-1/2, and 2 inches of 5/16 coarse thread was incorporated on each leg.  The sets were delivered to the customer fully assembled as shown in the picture.

Custom Grade 5 U Bolts To Print - 9/16 X 3.875 In Grade 5 Steel Zinc Material

These are custom grade 5 u bolts made to our customer's drawing at 500 pieces.  The u-bolts were manufactured domestically in steel zinc material and heat treated to RC20.   9/16-12 rolled thread was incorporated on each leg at 1.625" in length.  The overall inside length was measured at 3.875" and the inside width at 1.565".  Material certs and heat treat certs were provided with the parts per our customer's specific instructions and the overall lead time was 5-6 weeks for the full order.

Specialty Stainless Steel U-bolts - 1/2 X 8 U Bolts To Print In 304 Stainless Steel Material

These specialty stainless steel u-bolts were manufactured domestically at 60 pieces using plain 304 stainless steel material.  The 1/2-13 thread was incorporated at 1-1/4 inches on both sides with the thread cut, as opposed to rolled.  Unless the customer specifically requests rolled thread we typically always use the cut thread as the default option.  The inside depth measured 3 inches and the inside width is 2-1/16".  A rush fee was paid by the customer to get the custom u-bolts completed within 2 days from order.

Custom Precision 316 Stainless U Bolts - 3/8-16 X 4" With Critical 1-3/8" Center to Center

These are custom precision 316 stainless u bolts made domestically with cut threads at just 10 pieces, with a lead time of 4-5 business days.  A pair of 316 stainless steel hex nuts and jam nuts were included per our customer's request.  The center to center measurement was most critical on these parts for the marine application our customer was working on.  3/8-16 diameter and thread was used on the parts, with 4" as the inside depth and 2-5/8 inches of thread on each leg.

Custom 1018 Steel Round U Bolts - 3/16 X 6" With 10-24 Thread

These are custom 1018 steel round u bolts made in plain finish at just 15 pieces, with a lead time of approximately 1 week from confirmed order.  The inside width is set at 4-3/4 inches, inside depth at 6 inches, and 10-24 thread at 3 inches on each leg.  Material certs were made available per the customer's requirements.

Custom Made 316 Stainless Steel Round U-Bolts - 1/2-13 X 2-1/2

These are custom made 316 stainless steel round u-bolts made domestically at 100 pieces with a lead time of 2 weeks from confirmed order.  The inside width was set at .94" and inside depth at 2-1/2".  1.38 inches of coarse thread was incorporated on both legs.  Material certs and our C of C is available upon request - our internal part number is UB050040-J.

Custom Narrow Round U Bolts In Stainless Steel Material - 3/8 X 6-1/2 In 18-8 Stainless

These custom narrow round u bolts were supplied to our customer at 25 pieces with a lead time of just one week.  3/8 diameter 18-8 stainless steel material was used with 2 inches of coarse thread on each leg.  The inside width is 1/2" and inside depth at 6-1/2".  Faster delivery was available with an additional expedite fee option.  Our internal part number is UB037104-I.

1/2-13 X 5-7/8 Custom Round Galvanized U-bolts - With Expedited Service

These 1/2 diameter custom round galvanized u-bolts are one of three sizes we supply our customer in Raleigh NC.  They are made domestically using A307 steel material with a hot dip galvanized finish at 63 pieces.  Our customer was in urgent need and we were able to get these custom u-bolts produced in just 3 days together with the other two sizes.  The inside length measures 5-7/8 while the inside width was set at 3 inches for a pipe radius of 1-1/2 inches.  Two inches of 1/2-13 thread was incorporated on each leg.

1/2-13 X 7-3/4 Custom Round Galvanized U Bolts - Rush Order
