These are custom stainless steel compression springs we supply to our customer on an as-needed basis at approximately 20,000 pieces per order. The lead time is typically 4-6 weeks for full production. The stainless steel wire used is .032 in thickness and the total static length of the springs is 1 inch.
Larger quantities of these custom stainless steel compression springs would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis. The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
