Custom Internally Threaded Socket Head Screws - 304 Stainless Steel

These custom internally threaded socket head screws were manufactured domestically using 304 stainless steel material with plain finish.  Outside thread was M12-1.75 and the internal thread was set to M8-1.25, threaded all the way through.  10MM X 4MM deep hex socket drive was incorporated with a broach process.  For very high volume production this part would likely be made using a cold headed process instead for the hex drive.

Large quantities of these custom made socket head screws would be best supplied on a 12 month blanket purchase order basis.  The Blanket Order concept allows the customer to access the large quantity cost savings without paying upfront for the entire large quantity order. Instead we take on the burden of carrying the bulk inventory and only release the parts as needed, or often on a pre-scheduled basis provided by the customer.
