Custom Length NAS1102 Screws in A286 Material

These custom screws were manufactured for our aerospace customer domestically using DFARS compliant A286 stainless steel material per AMS 5731.  The tiny #1-64 X .135 +/-.005" screws have a fillister head cold formed with an offset cruciform drive and full thread rolled to conform to standard NAS1102 specifications.  Once production was completed the parts were passivated per AMS2700 Method 1 Type 2 using a NADCAP certified facility.  Full certs with FAIR were provided with the parts per customer requirements.
