Custom Torx Stainless Steel Shoulder Screws

 

These custom stainless steel shoulder screws were manufactured for our electronics OEM customer using 304 stainless steel material with a cold formed T10 torx drive.  Two variations were produced, with one made to a .1245" X .4375" shoulder and the other to a .187" X .4375" shoulder.  The larger one incorporated 8-32 rolled threads and the smaller 4-40 at a length of .187".  Certs were provided with the parts per our customer requirements.

Custom Domestic Metric Precision Shoulder Screws

 

These custom precision shoulder screws were manufactured domestically in the USA using A2 stainless steel material with commercial passivation.  The shoulder measures 5MM in diameter by 35MM in length with M5 X 0.8MM rolled thread after the thread relief.  The parts were domestically manufactured in the USA using DFARS compliant A2 stainless steel material and were supplied with full certs.

Custom Metric Shoulder Bolts - 304 Stainless Steel

 These custom metric shoulder bolts were manufactured using 304 stainless steel material with the head cold formed and shoulder machined to a diameter of 11.965-11.938mm by 80mm in length, with 16mm of M10 X 1.5 6g thread after the relief.  The knurled socket head incorporated a 6MM hex socket drive.  Material certs and a certificate of conformance was provided with the parts.
