Dowel pin specials are a common component of our special fastener offering to manufacturers and this particular part is a 1/4 X 1/4 dowel pin made using alloy steel to print. Unlike many other fastener parts dowel pins are often more difficult to produce when tight tolerances are required, typically necessitating domestic US manufacturing of the parts.
