Special Phillips Shoulder Screw to Print - 1/8 X 1/4 With 4/40 Thread

This is a special shoulder screw to print we have supplying for a number of years, manufactured in the United States using 304 stainless steel and distributed to the customer on as needed release basis with a blanket purchase arrangement.  Lead time for an item like this based on a quantity of approximately 10,000 pieces is 8-12 weeks, with significantly shorter lead time available for a small quantity run using one of our specialty small quantity manufacturing partners.

Special machined sleeve manufactured to print - DFAR compliant & Passivated

Engineered Source is your source for hot headed, cold headed, and machined special fasteners to print like this machined sleeve.  Virtually any special material, certification, or part specific requirements can be incorporated into the process and we can assist you with your special fastener request even when small quantities are involved.  This specific part was manufactured using 304 stainless steel, passivated, and run through a water immersion test for 24 hours.  Made in USA, this special sleeve is DFAR compliant and original order quantity was for 50 pieces.

Stainless Steel Special Button Socket Screw To Print

We supplied just 15 pieces of this custom button head socket cap screw, made using 18-8 stainless steel to specifications provided by the customer.  The part measures 5/16-24 X 1 with a 1/2 dog point, with point diameter between .225 and .235.  Point length was constrained to .170-.150.  Engineered Source part number is A2300-0264.

Special Shoulder Bolt To Be Coupled With Bronze Bearing

This custom shoulder bolt was made to print for our customer and measures 7/8 X .540 X 3/4-16.  18-8 stainless steel was used to produce the parts at a domestic US manufacturing plant.  It was intended to work in unison with the flanged bronze bearing manufactured to print for the same customer.  That part is shown in greater detail in the consequent blog post.
