Custom Grade 5 U Bolts To Print - 9/16 X 3.875 In Grade 5 Steel Zinc Material

These are custom grade 5 u bolts made to our customer's drawing at 500 pieces.  The u-bolts were manufactured domestically in steel zinc material and heat treated to RC20.   9/16-12 rolled thread was incorporated on each leg at 1.625" in length.  The overall inside length was measured at 3.875" and the inside width at 1.565".  Material certs and heat treat certs were provided with the parts per our customer's specific instructions and the overall lead time was 5-6 weeks for the full order.

Custom Button Head Socket Screws With Half Dog Point - 5/16-24 X 1" In 18-8 Stainless Steel Material

These are custom button head socket screws with half dog point used in an aerospace assembly application by our long time customer.  18-8 material is used to domestically manufacture these parts and the half dog point measures .225-.235 diameter by .150-.170 inches in length.  The screw itself measures 5/16-24 X 1" and we had these produced at a small quantity of just 25 pieces with rush service at 2 weeks lead time.  Material certs, inspection report, and certificate of conformance was provided with the parts per our aerospace customer's specifications.

Custom Round 304 Stainless Steel U Bolts - 3/8 X 17-7/8 With Material Certs

These are custom round 304 stainless steel u bolts with extra long threaded section to allow our customer to cut them down as needed for a variety of different applications.  This allowed him to get better pricing on a larger quantity and still service a different length requirements.  The inside width is measured at 1/2" and the inside depth is at 8-1/2 inches.  Each leg has approximately 7-1/4 inches of coarse thread.  Material certs were provided with the parts per our customer's request.

Specialty Stainless Steel U-bolts - 1/2 X 8 U Bolts To Print In 304 Stainless Steel Material

These specialty stainless steel u-bolts were manufactured domestically at 60 pieces using plain 304 stainless steel material.  The 1/2-13 thread was incorporated at 1-1/4 inches on both sides with the thread cut, as opposed to rolled.  Unless the customer specifically requests rolled thread we typically always use the cut thread as the default option.  The inside depth measured 3 inches and the inside width is 2-1/16".  A rush fee was paid by the customer to get the custom u-bolts completed within 2 days from order.

Custom Combo Drive Machine Screws - 10-32 X 3/8 Phil/Slot Pan Head M/S In Steel Zinc

These are custom combo drive machine screws measuring 10-32 X 3/8.  They are manufactured domestically using steel zinc material with production runs typically at 200,000 to 250,000.  We stock and release this part to our long time OEM customer with revolving annual blanket purchase orders.

Custom A36 Steel Square U Bolts - 3/4-10 X 4-1/4 Special Made To Print

These are custom A36 steel square u bolts made to print domestically.  Production is typically run at 100 pieces in plain steel without any finish or heat treat.  3/4-10 diameter and thread is used and the inside depth is measured at 4-1/4 inches.  The inside width is 8 inches and approximately 2 inches of thread is incorporated on each leg.  The lead time was approximately 5-7 business days from order.  Our internal part number is UB075068-A.

NAS 1351C4H16 Aerospace Socket Head Cap Screws - 302HQ Material

These are special made NAS 1351C4H16 aerospace socket head cap screws in 302HQ stainless steel material.  They are manufactured domestically within the USA using DFARS compliant material with production running at typically 50,000 to 60,000 pieces.  We supply these NAS socket screws to our long time aerospace customer at revolving annual blanket purchase terms.  1/4-28 UNRF-3A thread to MIL-S-7742 thread specification is incorporated and a minimum hardness of 80 HRB is maintained.  All applicable certifications are provided to our customer with each release.

Custom 17-4 Stainless Steel Double End Threaded Studs - 1/2 X 7 With Coarse & Fine Threads

These are custom 17-4 stainless steel double end threaded studs made using 17-4 H1100 stainless material with heat treat required to finalize the parts.  200 pieces of the custom threaded studs were made domestically with a lead time of 2-3 weeks from confirmation.  2-1/4 inches of 1/2 coarse thread is incorporated with 1-3/4 inches of fine thread on the other side.  Full material and heat treat certs were provided with the parts and our internal part number is B6070-500.

Custom Precision 316 Stainless U Bolts - 3/8-16 X 4" With Critical 1-3/8" Center to Center

These are custom precision 316 stainless u bolts made domestically with cut threads at just 10 pieces, with a lead time of 4-5 business days.  A pair of 316 stainless steel hex nuts and jam nuts were included per our customer's request.  The center to center measurement was most critical on these parts for the marine application our customer was working on.  3/8-16 diameter and thread was used on the parts, with 4" as the inside depth and 2-5/8 inches of thread on each leg.

Custom Machined Double End Studs For Aerospace Applications - 630 (17-4) AMS 5643T Material With a Drilled Hole Per Print

These are custom machine double end studs used for aerospace applications and in our case specifically for helicopter repair.  17-4 material is used and the 10-32 UNJF-3A thread is cut after the drilled hole process and machined operations are completed.  A 3/32 hex recess with a .225" deep cavity is created on one side using a drill and broach approach.  The drilled hole on the single threaded side measures .035 in diameter.
