Custom 316 Stainless Steel Round U-Bolts - 3/8 X 5 With 3-1/2 Inches of Thread

These are custom 316 stainless steel round u-bolts we supplied to our customer at a bit over 100 pieces.  Lead time was at about 6-7 business days from order and material certs with certificate of conformance were provided with the parts as well per our customer's request.  The inside width is 2-5/8", inside length is 5", and approximately 3-1/2" of thread are incorporated at each leg.  Rush service is available upon request.

Custom L Brackets In Plain Steel Material - 3/4" x 1/2"

These are custom L brackets we provided our long time OEM customer.  We initially had 100 pieces produced for testing and engineering inspection prior to a full commitment for 20,000 estimated annual usage.  Plain low carbon steel material was used and the initial sample lot of 100 pcs was done within 1 week of print confirmation.  The outside dimensions were 3/4 X 1/4 on the narrow side and 1/2 X 1/2 on the wider section, with 1/8" diameter holes drilled 1/2" from the 90 degree angle on each side.

Custom Flat Socket Head Cap Screws - 2-56 X .335/.345 In 18-8 Stainless Steel Material

These are custom flat socket head cap screws manufactured domestically using 18-8 stainless steel material.  The production run was relatively low in quantity at approximately 10,000 pcs, with a standard non-expedited lead time of 6-7 weeks.  Material certs, certificate of conformance, and passivation certs to QQ-P-35 were provided with the parts.

Custom Thin U Bolts - 3/16 X 3 Round U Bolt in 1018 Steel Material

These are custom thin U bolts made domestically using 1018 plain steel material at approximately 600 pcs.  Lead time for production was 6 business days and each custom round u bolt was supplied with a pair of hex nuts, flat washers, and split lock washers.  Material certs and certificate of conformance was provided with the shipment per our customer's request.

Custom Ribbed Neck Carriage Bolts - 1/4-20 X 7/8 In Grade 5 Steel Material With Zinc & Bake

These are custom ribbed neck carriage bolts we supply to one of our oldest customers.  They measure 1/4-20 X 7/8 and are manufactured domestically in the USA in Grade 5 steel material, with zinc and clear finish.  Production lead time is typically approximately 6-7 weeks for this custom part and all certs are available upon request.

USA Galvanized U Bolts - 1/2 X 5-1/4" In A307 USA Melt Steel Material, HDG

These are custom USA galvanized u bolts manufactured domestically using US melt steel.  Our customer ordered this 1/2 X 5-1/4" together with 5 other size variations.  Rush lead time was approximately 8-10 business days due to the galvanizing process.  This specific version has an inside width of 3-5/8", 1/2-13 thread of approximately 1-1/2 inches on each leg, and inside length of 5-1/4".  Material certs and a C of C was provided with the parts per our customer's requirements.

Custom Metric Button Socket Screws In 18-8 Stainless Steel Material - M3 X 0.5 X 7.24MM

These are custom metric button socket screws we supply to our long time customer in 18-8 stainless steel material.  It is an M3 X 0.5 X 7.24MM button socket head cap screw with a 2MM hex socket drive at 1.04" minimum depth.  Production lead time is typically between 6 and 8 weeks, done domestically and supplied with material certs and certificate of conformance.  Our internal part number is 110319.

Custom Stainless Steel Compression Springs - 302 Stainless Steel Material Per AMS 5640

These are custom stainless steel compression springs we supply our aerospace customer, in 302 stainless steel material to AMS 5640.  The initial production run was relatively small at just 500 pieces, completed domestically with First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) and all applicable certifications.  The freestanding length of the custom spring was set at 2.472 inches +/- .010 and the outside diameter of the coil is set at .261 +/- .005 inches.

Custom Zinc Plated U-Bolts - 3/8 X 4-1/2 Round U Bolts In A36 Zinc Plated Steel Material

These are custom zinc plated u-bolts in A36 steel material with commercial zinc and clear finish.  Domestic production was run for 200 pieces on a rush basis with lead time at 7-10 business days due to the zinc plating process time required.  3/8 diameter rod was used with 2-1/2 inches of coarse thread on each leg.  The inside depth was set at 4-1/2 inches, inside width at 2-1/2 inches, and material certs were provided with the parts per our customer's request.

Blue Coated Aerospace Hardware - 1/4" Shoulder Screw In Alloy Steel With Alumazite KL-55 Blue Coating

This is an example of blue coated aerospace hardware we supply, with a 1/4 diameter shoulder screw in alloy steel coated with Alumazite KL-55 blue finish.  The blue coating was intended to allow an robotic color coded system to recognize the screw and yet maintain its integrity in environments up to 600 degrees F.  The coating is also intended to limit any risk of off-gassing and usability of the hex socket drive.  Only the head is coated to avoid the complications of having any coating on the shoulder and threaded surfaces.
