1/2 Galvanized Round U Bolts - 1/2-13 X 8-1/2 In Galvanized A36 Steel Material

This is one of countless galvanized round u bolts we supply our diverse customer base, supplied with two 1/2-13 galvanized steel hex nuts each.  Typical lead time for this part is 1 week from order for orders up to 300 pieces, and it may expand to 2-3 weeks for the balance on larger orders.  This particular galvanized u bolt measured 8-1/2" on the inside depth and 3-1/2" on the inside width.  The 1/2-13 threaded sections measure approximately 3" on each side.

These are part of a small batch of 25 custom square u bolts we supplied to a power laboratory.  Type 304 stainless steel material was used and 3/8-16 thread was incorporated at approximately 3 inches in length on each leg.  The inside width was 4 inches and inside depth at 10 inches.  The parts were completed and shipped within 5 days of order confirmation, with material certs per our customer's specifications.

This is a small batch of custom stainless steel dowel pins manufactured domestically in the USA at just 36 pieces.  303 stainless steel was used and the custom dowel pins measure .1160 at the diameter by .625 inches in length.  The diameter was the most critical dimension with a tolerance of +/-.0001".  Both sides were chamfered at .010 X 45 degrees and +/-.005 tolerance was called for on the length.  We were able to get production completed and parts shipped in less than 2 weeks from order confirmation.

Custom Square U Bolts - Made Using 304 Stainless Steel With 1/2-13 Thread

These are some of the larger custom oversized u-bolts we have supplied.  1" diameter A36 steel material was used, hot dip galvanized, with approximately 4 inches of coarse thread.  Inside width was 46 inches and the inside length was maintained at 48 inches.  Our customer was in a big rush and we were able to get these two large custom u-bolts done in just 3 days.  A pair of galvanized hex nuts and washers was included with each u-bolt.

These are specialty nylon pellet set screws we supply our long time aerospace customer on scheduled release blanket purchase order basis.  The cup point set screws are made in the USA using 18-8 stainless steel material and are then run through the nylon pellet secondary operation.  Our customer using approximately 500 pieces every six months and the lead time to prepare the initial shipment for these nylon pellet set screws is typically 1-2 weeks from order.
